Our client is seeking a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join their dynamic team!What We OfferCompetitive CompensationGenerous Vacation Package : 3 weeks to start, with an additional vacation day for every year of serviceSick Days : 10 per year, unused sick days roll over into vacation allowanceComprehensive Benefits : Employer-paid medical and dentalRetirement Savings Plan : RRSP matching up to 8%Wellness Support : Health & gym membership allowance (up to $500 annually)Work-Life Balance : 35-hour workweek with the option to work remotely 1 day per weekYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will : Conduct individual and group assessments and provide intervention services to adult clientsCollaborate with clients to develop personalized intervention plans tailored to their needsParticipate in case discussions and service planning alongside internal teams and external partnersContribute to the design and implementation of new programs by conducting needs assessmentsDevelop and lead awareness, prevention, and intervention workshops and groups for adults and seniorsPlan and organize activities to raise awareness of mental health issues within the adult and senior communitiesReview files, complete paperwork, and follow up with patientsDevelop procedures to improve workflow and compliancePerform other related duties as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForTo excel in this role, you will have : Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)A BA or MA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field5+ years of experience working with diverse patient groupsActive registration as a Social Worker (OCSWSSW) or Psychotherapist (CRPT)A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicleNext StepsReady to make a difference?
