Responsibilities :

  • Create marketing strategies to generate leads through various online platforms and social media.
  • Learn and use our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) to manage your lead generation and training.
  • Engage in continuous online training calls provided weekly.
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude developing and nurturing your own team.
  • Managing and being accountable in creating your schedule.
  • Communicate with your director to keep yourself accountable.
  • Mentoring customers through their personal development journey.

  • Conduct research to develop marketing plans and platforms for online advertising.
  • Follow guidance from our international leadership team.
  • Proactively handle challenges with a solution oriented mindset.
  • Work independently with motivation and selfdiscipline.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
