Russell Tobin is hiring for a Secretary (Level 3) in Halifax, NS, Canada. This is a temporary position ideal for candidates with strong document review experience, exceptional accuracy, time management skills.

Pay range : $18-20 / hr.

Requirement Detail / Qualifications :

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Paralegal with experience in reviewing documents for disclosure and redacting third-party information. This role involves thoroughly examining records similar to document production under an Order for Production.

Job Responsibilities :

Review records to identify and prepare documents for disclosure.
Redact confidential and third-party information under the direction of the Manager.
Ensure strict compliance with disclosure obligations, flagging any privileged or sensitive content.
Use Adobe Pro and Excel effectively.

Qualifications :

Experience : Prior experience in document review, disclosure, and redaction processes.

Attention to Detail : Ability to identify sensitive information and ensure accurate redaction.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office.

Legal Knowledge : Understanding of disclosure requirements

Time Management : Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

High Degree of Confidentiality : Has recent police clearance and can maintain high level of confidentiality.
