Job description

Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will provide the following deliverables / artifacts : Perform business analysis activities to develop and maintain current and future state business architecture models, including requirements, business processes, business rules, and information modelsCoordinate the implementation and ongoing enhancements of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) software solution, including integration with ERPOversee data migration and integration initiatives using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, ensuring data integrity between legacy systems and CRMDevelop and execute transition plans for the migration of information, processes, and business rules from legacy systems to new solutionsProvide technical project coordination for the development, testing, and implementation of reporting and business intelligence assets, including dashboards and dynamic reportsCreate acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases to support the evaluation of solution enhancements and ensure alignment with organizational requirementsCoordinate the decommissioning of legacy applications and systems, managing all aspects of transition and operational readinessProvide operational support for ticketing tools, including administration, reporting, and training, and ensure compliance with DevOps and change control policiesManage release cycles for CRM and other application environments, ensuring effective scheduling, coordination, and deploymentDesign and implement data migration / ETL processes for transitioning data from legacy systems to Microsoft DynamicsSupport the implementation of Digital Services project, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirementsAdditional Skills & Experience Experience coordinating the decommissioning of business applications and systems, ensuring smooth transition and integrationExperience developing and implementing both business and technical transition plans for migrating business processes and information from one system to anotherExperience in developing data migration / ETL processes for legacy data and other sources, ensuring proper integration and data integrityProven experience in providing tailored solutions to social housing organizations, particularly in managing housing systems and improving tenant servicesExperience working with operation support ticketing tools, including administering, reporting, implementing, and training teams on their useExpertise in creating and maintaining data models that support business and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational goalsExperience writing technical application support documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and operational guidesDiploma or Degree in a Business and / or Information Technology-related fieldSuccessfully implemented 3 Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems with the customer engagement solutions. OR Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification; OR 2 Years of Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutions
