Person Specification :
- Prior experience in a high-volume public accounting firm
- The Master of Taxation (Mtax) or equivalent, or completion of Levels I, II, and III of the CPA In-depth Tax Course
- CPA or other relevant professional designation
- Trust and Estate Practitioner designation (TEP) would be an asset
- Good understanding of Canadian tax rules and issues facing high-net-worth clients with corporations and trusts
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, clients, and staff.
- Strong research, analytical, organization, and communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated business development skills and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the high-net-worth practice
- Ability to manage, develop, retain, and mentor junior tax professionals
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and coaching diverse people and perspectives
