THE ROLE
To join the Nors Group IT Department and to be the Product Owner of the e-Emphasys ERP and DMS solution implemented in the group and to support the operations in Canada.
Main responsibilities :
- To govern and maintain the main ERP of the group in Canada (e-Emphasys) and its satellite applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power BI Analytics), with the proper govern and monitoring of the ERP solution.
- To provide 2nd line support to the ERP users, with a good understanding of the business processes and how they are mapped in the technological solutions.
- To manage and dispatch tickets and incident management to third-party providers that will be handling the technical support and corrective maintenance of the product.
- To be actively involved in the product maintenance and evolution, with the proper understanding of business requirements and new functionalities available in the product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Team and Report :
As part of a 12 people team in Canada, the Product Owner will report to the Applications Manager in Canada.
Profile :
2-5 years of experience in IT support, product owner or business analytics roled, in IT Applications’ landscape.The ideal candidate will come from an ERP implementation or a business support background, with exposure to ERP solutions, data integration and interfaces between multiples applications.Able to perform diagnostics and proceed with incident analysis, identifying short-term and long-term solutions to address business impact and solutions’ limitations.Exposure to e-Emphasys ERP, Infor ERP or SAP S / 4H ERP is a plus.Good communication skills (oral and written).Fluent in English, French is a plus.Compensation :
Annual fixed salary in the range of 70k-85k CAD + benefits.
