The Canadian Race Relations Foundation
The Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CRRF) was created in 1996 to reaffirm the principles of justice and equality for all in Canada. The CRRF's mandate is to facilitate throughout Canada the development, sharing, and application of knowledge and expertise to eliminate racism and all forms of racial discrimination in Canadian society.
The Public Policy Manager is an experienced and skilled policy practitioner. This individual will work closely with and report to the Director of Public Policy to develop and deliver public policy briefs and projects, build relationships with partners across jurisdictions, and provide advice and recommendations on policies affecting race relations in Canada. The successful candidate will be proficient in project management and be able to track emerging trends and issues in public policy in Canada and other jurisdictions. The Manager will support the public policy department's work on researching, analyzing, and implementing innovative policy solutions, specifically focused on eliminating systemic racism and discrimination, and combatting hate.

Work location : This position is open to applicants across Canada. It is a hybrid role, requiring attendance at in-person events and meetings as needed. Staff may also be recalled to work on-site as requested by the federal government.
Salary : $77,267-$92, 720 per annum . CRRF is a unionized workplace and the position, and its salary are subject to a Collective Agreement.
CRRF offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes three weeks of vacation, two Personal Floating Days, sick days and 4% of annual income towards RRSP plan, and life, disability, medical and dental care insurance.
Probationary Period : 90 business days.
