ABOUT THE POSITION
Reporting directly to the Manager of HR, the Commercial Litigation Assistant will be responsible for the following duties :
- File management : opening and closing of files
- Supporting multiple lawyers with their daily demands
- Filing, drafting, and proofreading legal documents
- Providing transcriptions and preparing bills of costs
- Ensuring the maintenance of all documents electronically and physically
- Calendar / email management
- Other duties as required
