Facilities Summer Student

What you’ll do :

Our Facilities Summer Students will regularly visit all of our locations in Camrose, Tofield, Viking, Killam and Sedgewick as well as cardlock sites in Hardisty, Alliance &

Galahad. A vehicle will be provided for travelling amongst locations.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Lawn care including mowing, trimming, watering trees & flowers etc.
• Travelling with a trailer attached to a pickup truck delivering small loads
• Yard and Plant maintenance such as power washing, site cleanup etc.
• Painting
• Furniture assembly
• Operating pilot truck for large equipment moves
• Light facility maintenance
• Lifting up to 50 lbs is a requirement of the position.

The position will work on an Hours of Work averaging agreement 10 hr days Monday - Thursday on a temporary term from April 28 - August 30, 2025 (start & end dates to be negotiated based on successful candidate's school schedule).

Who you are :

A valid driver's licence with a clean abstract is required and candidate will need to pass a criminal record check (processed in-house).

Qualified candidate must be in post-secondary studies and be returning in the fall.

This role will require the use of various computer programs and phone applications, as well as the heavy lifting of products.
