Job Title : Interior Designer

About the Role :

This is a critical role for a highly creative and talented Senior Interior Designer whose primary strength lies in conceptual design. This position emphasizes generating high-design concepts with depth, layering, and originality—someone capable of carrying projects from concept to implementation while maintaining their focus on creativity.

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in hospitality design and an outstanding portfolio showcasing their original creations. The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with a passion for hospitality spaces, including hotels, nightclubs, restaurants, and multifamily projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the creation of highly creative, innovative, and functional design solutions , meeting clients’ needs and budget constraints.
  • Drive design leadership across all phases, from initial concept development through documentation and implementation.
  • Generate strong conceptual stories, project narratives, and design visions ; oversee space planning and programming.
  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, details , and oversee 3D renderings and production workflows.
  • Review shop drawings, project submittals, and ensure compliance with design documents and codes.
  • Mentor and guide designers, interior architects, and interns to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies through events, trade shows, and continuing education.

Qualifications :

  • A creative visionary with strong concepting skills and a proven ability to design and implement innovative hospitality projects.
  • Collaborative leadership style with an emphasis on building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of professional experience in hospitality, multifamily, or high-rise projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of FF&E, finishes, lighting, art, signage, and materials to carry out design intent.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
