Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Technical Writer for our client.
Technical Skills and Experience
- 3 years as a tech writer (Min)
- Experience documenting Cloud / Azure solutions with Kubernetes, API and Web solutions
- Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery
- Nice to have : Experience with Bank systems technical writing
Will support HBT with :
- Project Wiki design and administration
- Operations Wiki design and administration (sourced from Project Wiki)
- API Development Portal documentation
- User Guide / Reference
- Schema definition documentation
- FAQ documentation
- Release Notes
- UI Copy development (to be approved by the business)
- Technical Support Documentation (in relation to Modules used by the Business Support Groups)
- Technical design documentation to be shared with Lenders and Partners (Change Management)
- Lender / Partner material they would use to develop their change management and training material (change support)
Collaborative Mindsets and Behaviours
- Work efficiently in an agile delivery framework, in full collaboration with a pod team of 10-12 people (identify number of years of experience in agile team work)
- Works in a camera on approach during agile ceremonies and meetings when working remotely.
- Willing to work at the closest city office location (Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Halifax, Calgary,) to match office hours (currently established at 1 day per week or 4 days per month)
- Communicate often with other team members, developers, tech leads and solution architects to ensure requirements are well established
