Job description

Financial leadership : Plan, organize, direct and control all Finance Department activities. Analysis and reporting : Oversee the production and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring clear communication of results. Team development : Coach and support your team to encourage a collaborative spirit and foster their professional development. Process improvement : Identify, document and improve existing financial processes, while proposing innovative new tools. Compliance and audits : Ensure compliance with government requirements and accounting standards, and coordinate external audits. Interdepartmental partnership : Act as a resource and business partner to other departments in support of strategic initiatives. Internal controls : Ensure the effective application of internal controls within the company. Budgeting and planning : Actively participate in the budgeting process and financial analyses.
