What You’ll Do :

Oversee the full project lifecycle, from startup to closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional value.

Lead project teams, mentoring and developing talent to achieve operational excellence.

Manage financial performance, safety, quality control, and communication throughout each project phase.

Drive productivity, monitor performance, and ensure stakeholder expectations are exceeded.

Champion a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

5–10 years of Project Management experience in construction.

Proven success managing full project lifecycles, from contract finalization to turnover and warranty.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in IPD and Lean projects.

Ability to assess constructability and provide expert input throughout the project.

Exceptional communication skills, with experience chairing meetings, managing documentation, and driving results.
