Key Responsibilities
Initial Phase :
- Assist in day-to-day farm operations with a primary focus on horse care.
- Perform manual labor tasks essential for farm maintenance and upkeep.
Progression :
Care for and manage broodmares and stallions , ensuring their health and well-being.Assist with foaling , monitoring the process to guarantee the safety of mares and foals.Participate in yearling preparation , including grooming, training, and sales / show readiness.Contribute to agricultural and horticultural projects, supporting farm productivity.Conduct general farm maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of infrastructure and equipment.Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science , Agriculture , Animal Science , Equine Studies , or a related field.Willingness to relocate to the USA for a full-time, permanent role.Prior experience in equine care or working with horses is highly advantageous.Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.A passion for equine care, agriculture, and continuous learning.What We Offer
