Key Responsibilities

Initial Phase :

  • Assist in day-to-day farm operations with a primary focus on horse care.
  • Perform manual labor tasks essential for farm maintenance and upkeep.

Progression :

  • Care for and manage broodmares and stallions , ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Assist with foaling , monitoring the process to guarantee the safety of mares and foals.
  • Participate in yearling preparation , including grooming, training, and sales / show readiness.
  • Contribute to agricultural and horticultural projects, supporting farm productivity.
  • Conduct general farm maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of infrastructure and equipment.

    • Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science , Agriculture , Animal Science , Equine Studies , or a related field.
  • Willingness to relocate to the USA for a full-time, permanent role.
  • Prior experience in equine care or working with horses is highly advantageous.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for equine care, agriculture, and continuous learning.
