What will you do in this job?
Striving to provide our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere mannerAble to communicate effectively to all customersMake employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocateCourteous service to all guestsAnswer questions when asked about the surroundings / menuKnow cocktail & drinks menu extensively and able to guide customers accordinglyUse basic wine knowledge to guide customers accordingly – based on food pairing, sweetness levelsExecute proper wine service as trained by your SommelierKnow all food items on menuEnsuring that all areas are clean and orderly at all timesEnsuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all timesCertify and confirm that SOP’s are followed and completedEnsuring proper cash and float security during operating hoursManage your own cash floats on a daily basisWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?
Basic knowledge on the distilling process of each main spirit group (i.e. vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys )Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environmentAt least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months working in a busy restaurant environmentGuest service orientedA positive, ‘go getter’ attitudeAble to lift at least 15 poundsAble to stand for long periods of timeProserve qualificationsFlexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts)What will your work environment be like?
