I'm working with a Small Healthcare Consultancy based in London that focuses on supporting the Biopharma industry on both commercial and clinical strategies. With an already exemplary client record of 98% client satisfaction and 95% client retention rate, this role will be working to continue its global goals.

The Role

• You'll work on supporting the client engagement team and running project teams committed to developing and delivering executable project outcomes
• Understanding and delivering the client's strategic needs
• Managing daily interactions with client teams, and leading project discussions and presentations
• Contributing to account planning processes
• Management of junior business analysts, supporting them in setting objectives, development plans, mentoring, and their overall growth
