Job Description

Logient est à la recherche d'un Scrum Master pour l'un de ses clients basé à Toronto.

Votre rôle :

  • En mode SAFe, contribuer à la planification, à l'organisation et à la livraison de fonctions qui maximisent la valeur pour nos divers partenaires d'affaires.
  • Faciliter les activités quotidiennes d'une équipe multidisciplinaire inspirante qui adhère aux meilleures pratiques de développement de logiciels.
  • Diagnostiquer les situations problématiques et assurer la mise en œuvre des solutions.
  • Soutenir le propriétaire du produit dans la priorisation et l'affinement des activités.
  • Assister le manager en soulevant les problèmes de manière proactive.
  • Coordonner les déploiements avec les membres de l'équipe.
  • Si nécessaire, agir en tant que coach agile pour les collègues moins expérimentés.
  • Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les collaborateurs internes et externes.
  • Soutenir votre équipe dans la gestion des interdépendances et des obstacles.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience bien établie en tant que Scrum Master depuis au moins 3 ans (profil souhaité : avancé / principal).
  • Baccalauréat ou autre diplôme pertinent dans le domaine, plus de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Solide connaissance des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) et du cadre SAFe.
  • Proactif, actif et réactif, désireux d'aider son équipe à livrer la marchandise.
  • Capacité d'adaptation, esprit de collaboration et fort esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement les problèmes, les risques et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Connaissance des outils de la suite Atlassian tels que Jira et Confluence.
  • Le bilinguisme français / anglais est nécessaire, car vous interagirez avec des partenaires au Canada et à l'étranger.
  • Capacité d'adaptation, esprit de collaboration et fort esprit d'équipe.

Logient is looking for a Scrum Master for one of our clients based in Toronto.

Your role :

  • In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our various business partners.
  • Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring multidisciplinary team that adheres to best software development practices.
  • Diagnose problematic situations and ensure the implementation of solutions.
  • Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities.
  • Assist the manager by proactively raising issues.
  • Coordinate deployments with your team members.
  • As needed, act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Your profile :

  • Well-established experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years (desired profile : advanced / principal).
  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant diploma in the field, plus over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework.
  • Proactive, active, and responsive, wanting to help your team deliver.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit.
  • Ability to communicate issues, risks, and business objectives clearly.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Bilingualism in French / English is necessary, as you will interact with partners across Canada and abroad.
