We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will be responsible for leading the management and optimization of our Business Intelligence (BI) systems and data analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze data and provide actionable insights that drive business performance.

As a Business Intelligence Engineer you will :

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis for migration projects, including extractions, mapping, cleansing, and transformation
  • Design and maintain data models used for reporting and analytics
  • Identify and implement the right tech stack, driving the adoption of BI tools and maintaining data warehouse technologies
  • Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of the data lake including Elastic Search and Open Telemetry
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools
  • Support upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting for business intelligence tools
  • Ensure effective data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all BI initiatives, facilitating compliance with regulatory standards
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or information systems
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data and findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience working in the corporate travel industry
