Job Title : Cloud Solution Architect

Job Description :
Responsible for defining architectural end to end solutions collaborating with enterprise architects, project leads, product managers / owners and other key players as part of project development.
Responsible for driving solution design, estimation, and on time delivery.
Responsible for technical implementation and quality across a distributed team.
Responsible for collaborating with other developers and adopt / apply best practices.
Responsible for supporting applications in UAT and Production, troubleshooting and guiding the team on fixes, and interacting with management to provide updates.
Collaborate with the engineering and recruiting specialists to make sure the right team is assembled for customer projects.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in providing product solutions.
Lead the development of enterprise level solutions across products and consulting engagements.
Translate customer business objectives and requirements into standard enterprise level solutions.
Responsible for leading a team of developers and setting the expectations for team members.
Responsible to set the direction for the team during project work.
Mentor team members and apply best practices.
Interact with other teams that provide backend systems or other integration layers.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
Experienced and solid knowledge in Cloud solution (preferably AWS).
Deep knowledge and experience in application development using modern digital concepts and technologies microservices, RESTful API design patterns, reactive web applications (Angular, REACT, etc.).
Experienced in Scaled Agile development projects.
Knowledge in legacy platforms (midrange, mainframe, etc.)
Strong development background.
Strong knowledge and experience with typical authorization and authentication solutions, frameworks, and products
Experience with secure development, design, and standard vulnerability assessment approaches (DAST, SAST, SCA) as well as basic knowledge of Firewalls , IDS / IPS, Proxy, DDOS, SIEM, DLP, APT, WAF.
Strong understanding of data modeling and data platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of Software Engineering best practices, frameworks, tools.
Experienced in developing end to end architectural solutions, project budgeting, and planning.
Knowledge and experience in wealth and financial markets.
Must have a consumer centric design approach.
Knowledge and experience in DevSecOps will be added benefit.
10+ years of on-the-job experience with enterprise-level, cloud-based systems and solutions or web-based system development processes.
3+ years' experience in managing teams.
Experience interacting with C-level and key enterprise stakeholders in an advisory capacity.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
Key Technical Skills : Java, API, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, AWS Step, AWS Lambda, Redis, Containerization.
