Location : Toronto, Canada (Remote)

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000 CAD

Key Responsibilities :

  • Med Ed Agency Experience Is Required
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing account management team to deliver cutting-edge medical communications strategies for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, offering strategic counsel and ensuring the successful execution of projects to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Innovate and implement advanced approaches to enhance medical affairs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the development of impactful, evidence-based content for various deliverables, including KOL engagements, advisory boards, symposiums, live events, slide decks, and congresses.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of deliverables, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Medical Comms Agency Experience Is Required
  • 8 years of experience in Medical Comms or Med Affairs, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Experience working across deliverables such as ad boards, congresses, pubs, slide decks, symposium, KOLs, and more.
  • Experience working with US Pharmaceutical Regulations.
  • Experience working in Dermatology is preferred, not required.
  • Outstanding strategic vision, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven capability to drive transformation and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
