Salary $130,000 to $140,000 + Benefits, Quarterly Bonus

Purpose of the role :
Director of Telecommunications B2B Sales will be responsible for implementing the plan and execution of B2B go-to-market strategy to drive sales performance, recruit and manage new and existing customers while ensuring superior execution of sales standards / processes and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for accelerating expansion into the B2B space, leading and scaling a world-class team to target, develop, and close high-value clients across the enterprise world.

Education and Experience : 10+ years of proven success leading face to face sales role. Successful experience as a sales team leader at a rapidly growing organization.
Skills : Exceptional leader and coach who can both work with salespeople on the front lines and also develop and execute coaching plans for the team’s continued development, Creative, entrepreneurial salesperson with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills, Highly capable of motivating and leading the team in responding to consistent challenges and going above and beyond as needed, Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of organization, Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and effective decision-making skills, Strong sense of urgency, multi-tasking skills and detail oriented
Knowledge : Sound knowledge of the telecommunications industry along with strong analytical and budgeting skills to effectively analyze financial reports, Intermediate to advanced knowledge and hands on experience in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
