KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of service orders from clients and Field Managers.
  • Provide cost estimate for all service and warranty work for all standard work. Coordinate with Service Manager and Materials Department for non-standard work.
  • Initiates required action for all service and warranty requests, including the maintenance of order / customer information files, issuing Purchase Orders, issuing Work Orders, arranging transportation of materials, and then communicates requirements to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintains liaison with other departments through to order completion
  • Maintain Corrective Action Request database and ensure that all service and warranty activities are recorded
  • Provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5 years relevant experience in the industry including supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Result orientated, Delegation, Problem Solving, Planning, Process Management
  • Ability to maintain speed and accuracy against established targets
  • Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills a must
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Must be flexible
