Job description

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. This role primarily involves handling customer requests and managing customer records accurately. You will also be tasked with processing customer credit applications and taking appropriate actions on customer accounts.

Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a system to track customer orders and requests
  • Gather detailed information from customers such as their names, phone numbers, and specific equipment requested
  • Ensure accurate data entry of customer information into the system
  • Facilitate email correspondence with customers as necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage and organize customer data
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless customer service
  • Adapt to a busy office environment, focusing on tasks amidst background noise
  • Utilize the internal ERP system for customer management and tracking
  • Demonstrate resilience in handling customer interactions and maintaining focus in a bustling work environment.
  • Possess strong skills in answering inbound calls, ensuring efficient and effective communication with clients.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities, providing friendly and detail-oriented assistance to clients.
  • Have proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of information into the system.
  • Exhibit strong skills in email correspondence, maintaining detail-oriented and efficient communication with clients and team members.
  • Show ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating abilities in data organization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing tasks effectively.
  • Show competency in Microsoft Word, creating and editing documents with accuracy and efficiency.
