Agilus is recruiting for a General Manager in the autobody collision repair industry in Thornhill, Ontario.
A typical day :
- Manage and maintain repair schedule based on the shop capacity
- Coach and mentor a team of autobody technicians, estimators, appraisers, and administrators through daily interactions and scheduled 1 : 1 meetings
- Directing the workflow of collision repair to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Monitor and report production hours for payroll and budget requirements
- Hold weekly departmental meetings and administrative reporting, as required
