We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and strengthen our After Sales activities.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator you will report to the After Sales Manager and play a key role in coordinating service activities managing spare parts logistics and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global company that values innovation and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor service attendances and support cases for customers.
- Process customer orders efficiently ensuring ontime delivery and accurate scheduling.
- Manage spare parts inventory including receiving storage and distribution.
- Respond to customer inquiries provide accurate quotations and plan service engineer schedules.
- Process purchase orders and verify supplier order confirmations.
- Track backorders and maintain accurate records in the companys ERP system.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure accurate shipping / receiving documentation.
- Prepare packages and documentation for shipping including handling dangerous goods.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
What Were Looking For
Minimum of two years of experience in a related role.High School Diploma or equivalent; PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.Experience as a Service & Spares Coordinator is highly regarded.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities with sound judgment.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dynamics 365 and Synergy preferred.A collaborative team player who is selfmotivated and capable of working independently.What We Offer
