Job description

Reporting to the Manager Program and Project Delivery the Product Delivery Manager will be accountable for the endtoend delivery of new product & services and enhancement of existing ones to meet the business objectives and to enrich the experience of Freedom Mobile customers. The Manager will closely work with different stakeholders for the Go To Market activities and will be enabling different teams to successfully leverage the product. They will be the liaison between different Business and IT units of the organization while ensuring the successful and timely delivery.

Anticipate and identify relevant trends in industry competition technology as well as consumer behaviors and needs in order to formulate and justify development priorities for the Commercial and Technical teams.

The Manager should be able to facilitate leadership decision making and guiding technical teams throughout the development of the initiatives with their keen knowledge of Business processes and team interdependencies.

They will be actively engaging in the lifecycle management of products applications and services starting from ideation to operationalization in close collaboration with the crossfunctional teams.

Qualifications :

  • 810 years of project management experience; has PMP and / or PMI ACP designation.
  • Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders; effortlessly engages with senior leadership colleagues and team members.
  • Wireless industry experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
