Position : Personal Injury Lawyer (Remote, Signing Bonus, Full Practice with Active High Value Files)

Auger Hollingsworth Accident & Injury Lawyers (www.ahinjurylaw.com) is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer to handle plaintiff files from inception through to conclusion. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Work independently with your law clerk / paralegal to prosecute all plaintiffs’ cases in a timely manner and to achieve fair resolutions.
Meet with clients and build cases from inception / pre-litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre-trial, and trial.
Plan all cases quarterly to ensure readiness for resolution.
Maintain a weekly target of fair settlements to ensure excellent results for clients and regular revenue for the firm.
Advance all cases weekly to achieve fair settlements for clients.
Manage, delegate to, and supervise a law clerk / paralegal.
Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm owners on case development and strategies.
Engage in continuing legal education, read case law, attend legal conferences, and improve litigation knowledge and skills.

Opportunity to earn over $200k per year with bonus incentives plus base salary. Signing bonus available for the top candidate.
