Responsibilities :

  • Administrative tasks that support construction related activities
  • Creating / Updating Project Schedules
  • Assisting with construction Notifications
  • Coordinating space access for contractors
  • Construction administration support

Requirements :

  • Administrative experience and abilities to support Project Managers
  • Some working experience with construction
  • Ability to read design and construction drawings
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • Experience in project scheduling is an asset
  • Experience preparing notifications is an asset
  • Contract length :

  • Start date : April 1, 2025
  • End date : September 15, 2025
  • Closing Date : 04 / 03 / 2025, 11 : 59PM ET
