RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders, from creative brief to campaign deployment.
  • Develop methodologies and processes for optimized efficiency, as well as lead the implementation of new tools and programs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Contribute to the development, evolution and launch of campaigns to promote our product offering.
  • Manage promotional campaigns such as magazine advertisements, emails, contests, and more.
  • Ensure that deliverable dates are met, and projects are prioritized based on business impact.
  • Contribute to relationships with key influencers through on-going communications and monthly reporting.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as budget updates, contracts, meetings, etc.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team :

  • You have an college degree in marketing or communications.
  • You have 7 +years of marketing or communication experience.
  • You have a creative eye with excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and are praised for flawless execution.
  • You are recognized for your time-management, project management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using agile methodologies is considered a plus.
  • You have experience briefing and coordinating projects with a creative team.
  • Proficiency with ADOBE suite and influencer management software is a plus.
  • French and English required (frequent contact outside Quebec)
  • You have a passion for hunting and the outdoor industry
