Your Role
Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include :
Managing and coaching a team of skilled marketing, communications, and proposals staff.Providing visionary leadership throughout the deployment of strategic marketing and proposals initiatives and activities for the firm.Ensuring the consistency of JLR’s voice and brand across all communication channels.Working across the organization to ensure projects and deliverables meet the needs and timelines of marketing projects and proposal submissions.Empowering the marketing and branding efforts of others in the firm through the provision of assistance with conceptual scoping, design, and tracking potential ROI to the firm.Using proven, aligned software, data management, and a high affinity for digital and technological topics to manage and implement projects and calendars.Measuring marketing performance through tangible metrics and evaluations, ensuring data collection methodologies and interfaces report honest and useful findings.Communicating the state of marketing to stakeholders at the firm by telling the JLR story, articulating complex ideas, inspiring teams, and influencing others.Why Join Us?
