Job description

Location : Waterloo Ontario

Shift : Day shift

Hourly Rate : $18.00$19.00 / hr

Contract Duration : 6 Months

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the loading unloading and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Support production line workers by prepping ingredients packaging products and ensuring product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in production areas by sweeping mopping and wiping down surfaces.
  • Follow food safety protocols and maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Lift and carry ingredients and materials weighing over 50lbs regularly.
  • Operate basic equipment and tools as needed (training provided).
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift over 50lbs consistently.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced physically demanding environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
  • Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to wear required protective gear and adhere to health and safety regulations.
