Adecco is currently recruiting for a Accounting Clerk for a 3-Month contract with our client located in Montreal, QC or Ottawa, ON. This opportunity is a fully remote role for the duration of the contract.
The Accounting Clerk must meet the following responsibilities :
- Monitoring the PC generic email box ;
- Provide document and process invoicing as required;
- Manage accounts receivable and payable for the accounting team;
- Answering questions from clients and suppliers pertaining to contracts, payments, etc;
- Verification and processing of invoices;
- Provide support to the accounting team as required with specific projects;
- Support month-end activities;
The Accounting Clerk will have the following responsibilities :
An undergraduate degree in business, Accounting or a related field or work experience;2+ years of experience working in accounting-based roles or financial information review;Experience with the MS tool suite including Microsoft Outlook;Experience with Syspro or similar applications;
