Job descriptionLead end-to-end model development lifecycle including task design, data creation, training, evaluation, and governance Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and translate business objectives into technical requirements Develop functional proof of concepts (POCs) to test new capabilities and product concepts Write clean code and contribute to software delivery in a production environment Innovate by exploring new capabilities that generative AI can unlock for customers PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline Experience in researching, building, and evaluating natural language processing (NLP) systems Strong engineering skills for prototyping and familiarity with remote development workflows (AWS, Azure, etc.) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proven experience designing and implementing solutions with large language models Relevant publications at major conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, and NeurIPS Experience writing production code and ensuring well-managed software delivery
