Titre : Planificateur financier et spécialiste en assurances

Lieu de travail : Montréal, QC (Hybride)

Ce rôle hybride, offrant la flexibilité de travailler à distance ou au bureau au sein d’une équipe performante au climat sain, met l’accent sur la planification financière tout en ayant comme priorité centrale le développement des revenus d’assurance au sein de notre pratique. Vous aurez l’occasion de vous appuyer sur un portefeuille de clients bien établi et solide pour identifier les besoins, proposer des solutions d’assurance personnalisées et assurer leur mise en œuvre.

Responsabilités :

  • Planification financière : Préparer et fournir des plans financiers complets,

financiers complets, alignés sur les objectifs et les priorités des clients.

  • Développement des recettes d'assurance : Effectuer des analyses des besoins des clients proposer des solutions d'assurance appropriées et gérer leur mise en œuvre afin atteindre les objectifs de revenus.
  • Soutien à l'équipe et à l'organisation : Contribuer au bon déroulement des opérations

    • en contribuant aux tâches administratives si nécessaire.

  • Engagement envers les clients : Collaborer avec notre équipe dynamique pour servir une

    • clientèle diversifiée au Québec et dans les autres provinces.

  • Amélioration des processus : Optimiser les processus de planification financière et

    • d'assurance afin de maximiser la satisfaction de la clientèle et l'efficacité de la pratique.

    Exigences :

  • Expérience dans la planification financière et la vente d'assurances (minimum 2 ans)
  • Titre de planificateur financier ou planificateur financier agréé
  • Permis d'assurance de personnes (atout)
  • Aptitude à communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit en anglais et en français
  • CSC / CPH / CSF (atout)
  • Dynamique, orienté vers les processus et capable de gérer des priorités multiples.
  • Vous êtes passionné par la création de solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients tout en contribuant à la croissance de l'entreprise.

    • Ce poste combine l'expertise en planification financière avec une approche proactive pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'assurance, tout en soutenant le développement de l'entreprise.

    Requirements :

  • Experience in financial planning and insurance sales (Minimum 2 years)
  • Financial Planning Designation or Certified Financial Planner
  • Insurance of persons license (Asset)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • CSC / CPH / CSF (Asset)
  • Dynamic, process-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about creating solutions tailored to customer needs while contributing to the company's growth.
