    • Ideal Candidate Profile :
    • Minimum of five years of clinical experience in North America, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a dental team.
    • Registered with the RCDSO (Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario).
    • Graduated from a Canadian-accredited dental school.
    • Exceptional clinical skills, with a strong background in comprehensive treatment planning and execution.
    • Proven ability to manage a busy practice while maintaining a patient-first approach.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
