Medical Device Development Manager

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in the design and development of next-generation steerable sheaths. You'll be responsible for providing technical and strategic direction, driving product development, and foster a culture of growth, creativity, and excellence.What you'll do : Lead & Mentor : Develop and inspire a team of R&D engineers, providing technical guidance and career growth opportunities.Drive Innovation : Oversee the design and development process, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62366. Provide technical guidance to support complex problem identification, root cause analysis, and problem solving.Problem-Solve : Tackle complex engineering challenges with creativity and strategic thinking.
