We seek a strategic, data-driven and experienced senior marketing director to support the Vice-President of Marketing, Americas and the regional marketing organization by leading the partner and vertical marketing teams and driving marketing for the financial services vertical.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy for the financial services vertical, as well leading a team of partner and vertical marketers. You will work closely with the VP and the team to ensure alignment across all marketing activities to drive leads and marketing-influenced revenue.
You should be a hands-on player / coach and a creative and strategic marketer who can bring world-class marketing to life. You need to be self-motivated and willing to implement your own ideas and creative solutions. You also need to be a strong people manager and mentor.
Role Responsibilities
Marketing strategy and execution :Oversee and ensure the successful deployment of marketing campaigns for the financial services vertical within the region.Develop and lead the tactical execution of the regional marketing plan, campaigns and other projects to drive pipeline and revenue for the business.Work closely with regional digital marketing to drive lead acquisition and support revenue targets.Work closely with the demand generation, partnerships and growth teams, enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials etc where necessary.Collaborating with regional events marketing on the execution of trade shows and events.Support with regional messaging / marketing collateral creation by reviewing / editing / writing different content formats : emails, blogs, content for events, sales enablement, etc.Team management and leadership :
Oversee regional partner and vertical marketing teams to drive alignment across all marketing activities, events and campaign initiatives.Support in developing best practices for partner and vertical marketing.Collaborating in global practice teams to create synergies.Coach, mentor and support regional marketers and help with their growth and development.Minimum Qualifications
BA in marketing or a related field.10+ years of experience.Proven experience in integrated marketing, partner marketing in B2B and Agency.Excellent analytical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.Ability to creatively devise and lead cross channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.Innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication.Aware of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Experience in Financial Services sectors a plus.Bilingual, English and French a must, Spanish a plus!Valtech : The Experience Innovation Company
