- Social media platforms and contribute to the creation of engaging content.
- Refine processes to retain and grow relationships with donors.
- Execute customer success strategies to enhance donor satisfaction.
- Compelling newsletters and written communications to keep donors informed.
- A high level of detail orientation in all tasks.
Qualifications :
- Communication skills, particularly with a young and dynamic audience.
- Experience in account management and customer success.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of social media platforms.
- Organizational and detail-oriented skills.
