Job Title : Account Manager

  • Grant processes and donor relations, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Social media platforms and contribute to the creation of engaging content.
  • Refine processes to retain and grow relationships with donors.
  • Execute customer success strategies to enhance donor satisfaction.
  • Compelling newsletters and written communications to keep donors informed.
  • A high level of detail orientation in all tasks.

Qualifications :

  • Communication skills, particularly with a young and dynamic audience.
  • Experience in account management and customer success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills.

  • two weeks at Christmas, the office will close for an extra day.
  • team lunches, with two lunches out each month.

Travel :

Occasional travel may be required.
