Job Summary
The Intern, Analyst Global Mobility and Compensation is responsible for supporting Global Mobility in various tasks in the busiest season of the employees’ relocation. The position assists with queries from Human Resources (HR) and relocation vendors. Additionally, the incumbent supports Compensation for pay equity compliance and other ad hoc projects.
Major Responsibilities
- Transition and upload data in employee files and numerous vendor online tools
- Assist with internal reporting
- Carry out administrative tasks and data clean up for the Global Mobility, including internal and vendor portals
- Respond in a timely manner to employees' queries
- Support HR with relocation queries
- Process relocating employee claims
- Assist Compensation with pay equity compliance and other ad hoc projects
