What You’ll Do

  • Business Process Definition & Solution Design : Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business needs, map existing processes, and design optimized workflows for ZIP and Ivalua platforms.
  • Intake Form Design : Define, configure, and implement intake forms within ZIP to streamline vendor requests, approval workflows, and procurement orchestration processes. Ensure forms align with user experience goals and business policies.
  • Integration Design : Design and oversee integrations between ZIP, Ivalua, and other systems (e.g., ERP, AP tools, vendor management platforms) to ensure seamless data flow across the procurement ecosystem.
  • Functional Solution Expertise : Act as the Subject Matter Expert for ZIP and Ivalua, advising on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices for platform usage.
  • Gap Analysis & Problem Solving : Identify gaps between business requirements and system functionality. Define and propose practical solutions to align technology with procurement goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, system integrators, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions that align with the defined business processes.
  • User Testing & Validation : Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for workflows, forms, and integrations, ensuring solutions meet both functional and performance requirements.
  • Documentation & Governance : Create clear, detailed documentation for workflows, system configurations, and integration designs to support ongoing platform governance and scalability.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Solution Design Expertise : Demonstrated experience (min 3 years) in defining business processes and implementing solutions in procurement systems like ZIP, Ivalua, Coupa, or SAP Ariba.
  • Integration Design : Strong knowledge of integration design between ZIP, Ivalua procurement platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, AP tools, vendor databases).
  • Business Process Optimization : Deep understanding of procurement orchestration, including intake workflows, approvals, and P2P processes.
  • Technical & Functional Fluency : Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs and bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset : Analytical thinking with a focus on developing scalable, effective solutions for workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Ivalua Certification (Preferred) : Certification in the Ivalua platform or hands-on expertise with similar procurement solutions is highly valued.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders, drive consensus, and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
