The Role
In this role, you will support a range of municipal engineering projects from the proposal stage through to completion. Your mission will be to strengthen our team, helping ensure project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met. On any given day, you'll have the opportunity to interface directly with clients that include major urban centers, municipalities, First Nations, provincial agencies, federal organizations, and private industry. All of this will take place in a collaborative work environment where you will work together with other disciplines to get the job done.
Depending on your personal career path, you will focus on design development or take on project management responsibilities, under the leadership of our senior engineers. Opportunities will continue to be provided to expand your knowledge and you will participate in larger municipal infrastructure projects catered to your interests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare designs, drawings, and specifications for a variety of infrastructure projects including storm, sanitary systems, water distribution systems, storm detention ponds, force mains, lift stations, and site grading
- Assist with associated design reports, studies, and contract documents
- Assist with proposals and expressions of interest considering the methodology for undertaking potential projects
- Provide on-site construction administration support and inspection of active projects
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams from initial conceptualization through to final completion
- Communicate with clients, contractors, utilities, agencies, and stakeholders
- Support contract administration of construction assignments

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000 annually.
