About the Role
On behalf of our client in the Pharmacy industry , Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Business Analyst ready to take on new challenges.
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for :
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Serve as a liaison to ensure requirements are effectively communicated.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in sprint activities including planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of business requirements and processes.
- Identify and propose enhancements for business performance and workflows.
- Provide training and onboarding for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new workflows and solutions.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and team members.
