The mission of the Creative Management department is to bring Creative work to realization at the right time with the right resourcing.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Creative Management department, you will be part of the team responsible for driving creative deliverables from concept to completion, across creative and production, in a seamless and efficient manner.

As a Creative Project Manager, you will ensure the Creative team is set up with the right resources and tools while monitoring project timelines, workloads, and workflows.

THE ROLE

As the Creative Project Manager, Creative Management, you will :

• Evaluate the creative workload and develop achievable working timelines.
• Allocate work to the right creative talent.
• Manage workflow from concept to asset pass.
• Ensure creative deliverables are realized in a timely and efficient manner.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Creative Project Manager, Creative Management, has :

• Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in project and creative management.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
