Job descriptionMinimum 10+ years of relevant Finance experience. Including experience as Controller of a Private Equity owned business. Minimum 5+ years’ supervisory or management experience. Manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of standard costing. Strong knowledge of GAAP – ASPE and US. Advanced MS Excel expertise is essential (advanced formulas, pivot tables, large data sets). Ability to learn computer systems and financial models quickly and efficiently, including 3-statement models. Tax knowledge sufficient to calculate Deferred Tax and Current tax charges. Strong knowledge of ERP software - SAP experience is preferred.

Job Description :
Our client specializes in developing, manufacturing, packaging and testing non-sterile liquid and semi-solid pharmaceuticals. They focus on topical products such as creams, gels, lotions etc.
Responsibilities of the Controller includes but not limited to :
- Leads the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Weekly Flash Report preparation.
- Ensures integrity of financial reporting : complete, accurate and timely and consistent with GAAP.
- Ensures that appropriate internal controls are in place and are developed, improved and maintained, inclusive of timely preparation of account reconciliations.
