In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategies that support the organization’s goals, with a focus on supporting daily HR operations across various functions. Responsibilities

managing recruitment and onboarding

handling employee relations

compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies

addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment

assist with compensation and benefits administration

maintaining accurate HR records.

assisting with performance management and training initiatives.

Qualifications

A post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business management.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs.

Previous manufacturing / logistics experience preferred.
