Update raw material yields for BOMs annually(Bill of Materials); Updated cost of ingredients and packaging; Allocation of factory overhead costs according to activity-based costing model; Presentation of cost variances during annual update Responsible for the price increase mandate (simulation of raw material andother costs); Establish the cost of innovations; Support teams during new customer quotes; Responsible for explaining end of month / end inventory revaluationsof year; Maintain financial tools; Manage cost + pricing models; Updating costs of distributed products (JDE, Oracle); Management of the creation of new items in collaboration with the data teammasters; Creation of new formulas (BOM costing); Perform controls and validations to ensure cost integrity.
