About the Role :

As a Project Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the central point of contact, connecting all the moving parts and keeping everyone informed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a team.

What You'll Do :

  • Keep our projects on track by coordinating schedules, timelines, and resources.
  • Help manage project budgets and track expenses.
  • Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and partners, keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Organize and maintain project documents (contracts, change orders, etc.).
  • Support quality control by assisting with site inspections and reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
