In this role, you will :
- Guide and support Training Partners in developing and maintaining potential and existing markets.
- Help Training Partners achieve their annual revenue requirements and develop their business plans.
- Provide training on new products for new and existing courses, as well as orientation on training partner tools, technology and resources.
- Promote various programs to build and maintain the network of Training Partners and add new Training Partners.
- Provide customer service by resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner to mutually beneficial outcomes; foster opportunities for collaboration and sharing; and give advice on industry trends and legislative changes.
- Identify and report breaches of policies and program standards to the Quality Assurance Officer and support investigation and resolution activities according to the process in place.
- Conduct follow-ups with Training Partners, update relevant records and track Training Partner and customer interactions, leads and opportunities in CRM.
- Manage individual sales contracts ensuring adherence to provisions and requirements found therein.
- Represent the CRC as a program expert at tradeshows and conferences to secure new leads and opportunities for growth and assist in the planning and organization of major events for the province of Quebec.
- Support municipal government partnerships to create Red Cross Communities, where all branches use Red Cross training and certification.
- Drawing on existing national tools, design and update various communication and marketing tools (e.g. sales and campaign strategies adapted to different markets and training partners).
- Assist in developing, establishing, and updating national training programs relating to prevention and security.
- Identify issues and communicate with the prevention and security team internal stakeholders to provide feedback on Training Partners issues, programs, tools and market trends.
- Work closely with Business Development team to support Major Account Solutions and the philanthropy team in Quebec to develop sources of funds for prevention and safety projects.
- Represent their CRC area of activity in the medias.
What we are looking for :
A college diploma or university certificate in administration, or related field.Minimum of five years of work experience in coordinating training programsFluency in English and French.Water safety instructor and first aid certifications is an asset.Working conditions :
