Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while managing inquiries related to transportation management systems and freight operations. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze data will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone systems, ensuring a high level of phone etiquette.
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and provide updates to clients.
- Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records for all customer interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.Familiarity with freight operations and transportation management systems is highly desirable.Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective phone etiquette.Experience using SyteLine or similar software is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Join us in delivering outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back!
