As a Director of Product Management for the Senior Care Revenue Cycle Domain at PointClickCare, you are responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution for all capabilities in the revenue cycle portfolio across Senior Care customer segments.

You develop and communicate strategy, priorities and roadmaps to all stakeholders and align on outcomes. You lead, coach and grow a team of product managers, collaborating and supporting product delivery efforts, including strong internal partnership with Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, and other operational teams.

You collaborate heavily with leadership across the company to evaluate, prioritize, and execute on the most promising new opportunities, as well as maintaining and improving your existing products.

To succeed in this cross functional leadership role, you will draw upon your deep familiarity with the healthcare domain and customer needs, as well as your strong product sense, to ensure success across the entire product portfolio.

You have a track record of building multiple sophisticated products and solving customer problems, while leading your teams through discovery and delivery processes.

You bring a collaborative approach and lead as a player coach to ensure successful outcomes for our customers, while optimizing time to value.

You approach your work with a natural curiosity and use a data driven decision making process and foster that culture within your team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deeply understand and represent the needs of current and future target customers. Lead your team of product managers to create backlogs and prioritize product investments by making inquisitive, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgement.
  • Understand the company strategy and objectives and articulate how it connects to your product area and day-to-day work.
  • Create and evangelize a compelling vision and implement a multi-year roadmap to achieve strategic outcomes for your product areas by evolving existing products or creating new market opportunities.
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape, key drivers, issues and players in the market.
  • Lead and support product commercialization and GTM activities, building and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders including Customers, Sales, Service, Marketing, Development and other Product Managers to define, develop, market, sell and deliver the Product and the Product Value proposition in accordance with the company’s product release process.
  • Be a hands-on leader and partner with department leads to align on priorities and remove roadblocks, clarify ownership and processes as needed.
  • Initiate and champion change and process improvements. Help teams understand and adapt to change by fostering a continuous improvement culture.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor your team and foster a growth mindset culture to maximize team performance towards company and individual goals.
  • Sets, implements, and executes short to mid-term objectives and participates in the formulation of broader functional or operational objectives
  • Influences the opinions and decision-making of others internally at the senior and executive level and externally with key stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study.
  • 8+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in healthcare and SaaS business with working knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models.
  • 3+ year experience managing and mentoring a team,
  • Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrable track record delivering software with exceptional user experiences.
  • A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, and ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions.
  • High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity and driving execution.
  • Excellent listener, communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator, with influencing skills at all levels of the organization, particularly with executive audiences.
  • Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity and confidence while working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality who embraces change and desires continuous iteration and improvement on products and processes.

$187,000 - $210,000 a yearAt PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.

The CAD base salary range for this position is $187,000 - $210,000 + bonus or commission + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all CA locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and / or work location.
